The owner of this wordpress website wants to have a portal where their applicants can have a profile page and should have the capability to submit their sample essay. All the submitted samples goes to the separate customized CMS page (not wordpress) where in the owner can monitor all the submissions.
To register on the basic wordpress system requires name, email address etc. but the owner want is to ask only the email of the applicant. So I tweak the wordpress registration part to achieve the requirements of the client.
